Scouts BSA Troop 39 is one of the oldest continuously chartered Scout Troops in the United States — serving Chapel Hill since 1912. Over 1,500 young men and women have been members, and hundreds have achieved the rank of Eagle Scout.
Troop 39 places a strong emphasis on community service. All Troop 39 scouts play a role in making Touch a Truck a great community event, contributing thousands of service hours each year.
